[Student Project] DOOM-based Arena Design sample
A downloadable game for Windows
A blockout arena sample for Level Design classes made with DOOM (2016) in mind.
A single-level project developed over the 2022 winter term by a third-year SPRINT-WRITE student at the University of Silesia.
This arena was only a part of a much bigger group project, therefore is to be considered unfinished. Programmed lock-and-key (quite literally) mechanics were supposed to be used throughout the level, not in this arena.
Walkthrough according to the LDD:
1. Step up to the altar.
2. (Defeat enemies.)
3. Pick up the key dropped by the boss. - by the entrance
4. Open the chest.
5. Bring the chest item to the altar.
6. Drop down the manhole to [sewers].
